Why this matters now

Your buyers stopped Googling. They're asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini instead. If you're not in the answer, you're not in the conversation.

700M+

People now turn to ChatGPT every week to figure out what to buy — and they're growing roughly 3.5x year over year.

55%

Of AI citations land at the evaluation stage — the exact moment your buyer is choosing who to buy from.

Structure

Wins AI visibility now. Backlink counts don't move the needle — what's on the page does. We tell you exactly what to change.

The hard truth: if a buyer types "best [your category] for [their use case]" into ChatGPT and your brand isn't mentioned, you've already lost the deal. You won't see it in your analytics. There's no referral, no search query, no impression. The decision happened inside the model.

Why bottom-of-funnel is where the money is

Not all AI citations are equal. The bulk of them land late in the buying journey — when your buyer is comparing options and deciding who to pick.

More than half of all AI citations happen when your buyer is about to choose. Getting cited on "best AEO tracking tool for SaaS brands" matters far more than ranking on "what is AEO". AEO Tracker focuses your reporting on the prompts that actually convert.

What's in the weekly report?

For every prompt you track, ChatGPT either mentions your brand or it doesn't. We tell you which, plus four things about each mention:

Each report also includes a diff against last week. You see exactly what changed: new mentions, dropped mentions, sentiment shifts, citation changes.

The old playbook vs the new one

If you're still running 2020-era SEO tactics for brand visibility, you're paying for things that don't move the needle anymore.

Old playbook New playbook
Chase backlinks for SEO authority Earn presence on Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trade press — the surfaces AI engines actually pull from
Write generic "what is X" blog posts Write comparison and evaluation content for the prompts your buyers type when they're deciding
Optimise for branded navigational search Get cited inside the "best [category]" answers your buyers ask for
Target top-funnel awareness keywords Win the evaluation-stage prompts your buyers type when they're choosing — where most deals close
Trust generic "AI visibility" reports See the exact answer your buyer gets when they ask ChatGPT about your category

Questions worth asking before you sign up

What does the weekly report actually contain?
For each tracked prompt: whether ChatGPT mentioned your brand, where you appeared in the answer (top of list, middle, footnote), the sentiment of the mention (positive, neutral, negative), which competitor brands came up alongside you, and the URLs ChatGPT cited as sources. Then a diff against last week so you can see what changed.
Will the reports match what my buyers actually see in ChatGPT?
Yes — that's the whole point. You get the same answers your buyers get when they ask ChatGPT a question in their own browser, with the same brand mentions, ranking order, and source citations. You're optimising for the version that drives the buying decision, not a stripped-down test environment.
How many prompts can I track per brand?
Between 10 and 20 prompts per tracked brand at $79/month. We help you pick the prompts during onboarding, based on what your buyers actually type when they're researching a purchase in your category.
Which AI engines do you cover?
Every engine you track gets the same depth of analysis. ChatGPT is included today. Gemini and Perplexity are next on the roadmap, and current customers automatically get coverage when each launches.
How fresh is the data?
Weekly. Reports go out every Monday for the prior week. Faster cadence is possible for higher-volume customers, ask during onboarding.
Can I see how I compare to competitors?
Yes. Every report shows share of voice across your tracked prompts: how often you appeared vs the 5 competitors you nominate during onboarding. You also see which sources ChatGPT cites more often for them than for you, which tells you where to invest in earned coverage.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
We email you when a spot opens. You'll do a 20-minute onboarding call to pick prompts and competitors, then your first report lands the following Monday. Cancel anytime.
What do I get for the $79?
A weekly report that tells you exactly what changed in the way ChatGPT talks about your brand — new mentions, dropped mentions, sentiment shifts, fresh citation sources, and how you compare to up to five competitors. Plus a 20-minute onboarding call to pick the right prompts so the report is useful from week one. Cancel anytime.
