Smarter Filer Name Matching

We now normalize filer names so that minor punctuation differences (like "II-VI DELAWARE, INC." vs "II-VI DELAWARE INC.") no longer split the same company into separate entries. This means more accurate filing counts and cleaner results on the Pro Se Filers page and NICE class leaderboards.
